Job Summary
Blue Recruitment Personnel is currently recruiting for a Construction Manager in Birmingham.
Role Overview:
As a Construction Manager you will oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

As a Construction Manager you will oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Manage and mentor site staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Pay Rates:
- 30 - 45 per hour
Working Days/Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
