Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: St. Louis MO (Onsite) - Need locals only

Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution delivery and post-launch support.
Define project scope timelines milestones and success criteria.
Coordinate with engineering product QA and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Manage project schedules risks issues and dependencies using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Facilitate sprint planning standups retrospectives and status reviews.
Communicate project updates risks and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation including plans roadmaps and technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to technical standards compliance requirements and best practices.
Support resource planning budgeting and vendor coordination when required.
Drive continuous improvement across project execution and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager IT Project Manager or similar role.
Strong technical understanding of software development system integrations APIs cloud systems or infrastructure.
Proven experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum or hybrid project management frameworks.
Experience working with tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP CSM SAFe or other relevant certifications.
Background in telecom SaaS networking data engineering or enterprise IT.
Experience managing multi-team or multi-vendor technical projects.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
