Learn more about us: Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic literature reviews on career counselling assessments and related topics.
- Summarize research findings and maintain clear project documentation.
- Assist in creating simple frameworks or models based on research inputs.
- Support the development of psychometric test items and test structure.
- Help with pilot testing data collection and basic analysis for test standardization.
- Prepare drafts reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with the project team and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- MA/MSc in Psychology; specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of behavioral science concepts and basic research methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Familiarity with behavioral statistics and psychometric concepts.
- Working knowledge of R for data handling and analysis (preferred).
- Exposure to Item Response Theory (IRT) or willingness to learn.
