Childrens Therapy Network (CTN) is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Newbury Park clinic with optional coverage opportunities at our Ventura location.

Your Role: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
As a Pediatric OT at CTN you will deliver high-quality play-based occupational therapy services to children with sensory developmental and motor needshelping them achieve meaningful functional goals in a supportive outpatient setting.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Perform evaluations re-evaluations and treatment sessions
Develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals
Document visits and progress within 24 hours
Maintain 100% of billable productivity per your agreement
Participate in team meetings mentorship and clinical training
Collaborate with caregivers for home carryover
Use our user-friendly EMR for efficient documentation
What You Bring
Occupational Therapy degree active California OT license
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (pediatric experience preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Compassionate engaging team-centered approach
Genuine passion for supporting children and families

80% therapy goals met at re-evaluation
95% family satisfaction
100% required billable hours submitted
Daily notes completed within 24 hours
Evaluations submitted within 4872 hours
