Description

As aSr Sales Manager - Eastern Territoryhere at Honeywell you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies building strong customer relationships and providing strategic insights to senior management.

You will report directly to ourDirector of Salesand youll work in the United States on a fully remote workschedule(plus over 50% travel within region).

In this role you will impact the companys sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales representatives you will drive revenue growth contribute to the companys financial success and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the companys growth and competitiveness in the market.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance coaching and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage develop and create forecast as well as pipeline management for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • C level engagement and track record of driving results
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in the AIDC space

Pay Equity Remote:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) Colorado Connecticut and Hawaii is <$131000 - $164000>. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California the annual base salary range is <$150000 - $186000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
