Conga Developer and Lead

Exp: Developer (5 - 9) Yrs/ Lead 12 Years

Location: Hybrid- (Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Kolkata Delhi)

JD:

Responsibilities:

Configure Conga CPQ to support product bundling pricing rules discounting models and approvals.
Assist in designing and implementing guided selling processes for improved sales efficiency.
Support quote document generation and approval workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve Conga CPQ related issues.
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Conga CPQ configurations.
Assist with integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce ERP and other third party systems.
Perform UAT training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

5 - 9 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years working with Conga CPQ.
Conga Call backs and Csharp skills is mandatory
Hands on experience with Conga CPQ configuration pricing models approval workflows and guided selling.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows Process Builder Validation Rules).
Basic knowledge of SOQL Apex and Lightning Components (preferred).
Experience integrating Conga CPQ with ERP Billing or e Signature solutions (DocuSign AdobeSign etc.).
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Conga CPQ certification is a plus.
