• Level II NICU
• Beachwood OH - 24 Hour Shifts; Inhouse Coverage Model - Transitioning to Rounding/On Call Coverage Model estimated within 6 months of launch with response time w/i 30 minutes. Launch Estimate 5/2026.
• Painsville OH - 24 Hour Shifts: Rounding/On Call - response time within 30 minutes. Launch Estimate 11/2026.
• Westlake OH - 24 Hour Shifts: Rounding/On Call - response time within 30 minutes. Launch Estimate 4/2027.

• Board Certified Neonatologist
• Minimum 1 Year Post Fellowship Experience Required
• Ideal Candidates have an Active OH License or are IMLC Compact Eligible
• Candidates Who Can Offer Ongoing Dates/Blocks of Availability

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

This position is W-2.
