As a Vice President in our Large Cap team you will be a Corporate Banker who is responsible formanagingand growing our business in Italywith focus selected candidate will managea broad suite of products in close alignment and cooperation with product and global coverage partners.
Relationship responsibility is global across our network and full set of corporate banking products;Debt Capital Markets PaymentsCredit Financing Trade Markets (Foreign Exchange/rates/commodities)SecuritiesServices andAssetManagement.
Job responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced banker to be based inMilan and responsibilities will include:
- Working with product and investment banking coverage bankers to pitch fornewclient relationshipsandnew business with existing clients
- Jointly with products partnersidentifying and leadingtailored marketing of products addressing clients needs
- Leading credit risk and other internal approval processes forall credit acrossloans andMarkets exposure
- Revenue responsibility for top line growth as well as for sound risk return metrics and KPIs set by the business
- Being the first line of defence for continuous credit quality credit risk and other internal approval processes for loans and all counterparty exposures
- Onboarding of target clients and presentation of the respective business and credit cases to the relevant internal partners and committees
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Proven Corporate/Investment Bankingexperience across the Italian market
- Proven ability to develop client relationships win new business close transactions and build networks both internally and externally
- In-depth knowledge of bankingproducts
- Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit anddebt capital markets transactions
- Proven influencing skills with a track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaboration
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Creativeinclusive andan innovative team player
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in presentations expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner
- Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally
