Job Summary

As a support employee you are the first point of contact for IT-related questions and problems regarding the Windows 11 migration. You will provide support and service throughout the Windows 11 migration for both the IT team and the end users in Dessel and Brussels.

Some of your tasks:

Providing first-line support for end users via phone email and ticketing system regarding the Windows 11 migration.
Documenting solutions and procedures for future use and knowledge sharing.
Maintaining good communication with users and ensuring timely feedback.
Collaborate with the IT teams on issues and questions about the Windows 11 migration


Job requirements:

Demonstrable experience in Windows migrations
At least 3 years of experience in an IT role
Problem-solving thinking and a customer-centric mindset.
Communicative Hands-on and autonomous
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. SCCM Intune) is necessary.
