This onsite role offers a supportive collaborative environment where empathy integrity and innovation are at the core of everything we do. Therapists in this position earn $28.50$44.03/hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM6:00 PM AND Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation: $40.36$51.13 DOE and Licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices
• Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision training and ongoing professional development
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Support clients with empathy critical thinking and creative problem-solving

Qualifications

• Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW ACMHC or AMFT
• OR
• Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW CMHC or LMFT
• Masters degree in Social Work Psychology or a related field
• Strong communication organization and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice client safety and professional growth
• Substance Use Disorder experience preferred
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
