The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations employee communication onboarding benefits and compliance for a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized professional discreet and comfortable working with employees at all levels. Must be able to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire onboarding orientations and employee file maintenance
- Support benefits administration including open enrollment
- Maintain accurate confidential employee records documentation and HR records
- Provide HR support by answering employee questions and directing inquiries
- Prepare HR reports letters memos and internal communications
- Help coordinate employee events and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic employment practices and confidentiality requirements
- Strict confidentiality is required must handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HR software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive professional and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
