What Youll Do
- Mentor and support adolescents in a residential setting
- Lead and supervise Youth Counselors
- Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions
- Coordinate recreational and educational activities
- Maintain documentation and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- 21 years old
- Valid Drivers License
- Associate or Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience
- Background check required
- Passion for youth development and teamwork

Founded in 2003 MPAis a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents rediscover their zest for life and succeed in the business of life. We provide mental health support residential treatment and educational services to youth who are hard to treat and difficult to place.
