A leading local estate agency with offices in Surrey are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive team performance in their Horley branch. The role will involve securing new property listings and oversee residential property sales with professionalism and precision.

Our client an established estate and lettings agency is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to oversee their residential sales function.

This position is ideal for a results-driven property professional who thrives on leadership business development and delivering a high-quality client experience.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening local market share and enhancing the agencys reputation for service and results.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Identify and win new instructions increasing the agencys market presence.
• Conduct property appraisals and deliver professional pricing and marketing advice.
• Build and maintain strong client and applicant relationships to secure repeat business.
• Actively generate new opportunities through local networking and proactive prospecting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Manage performance reporting and contribute to operational planning.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven success within an estate agency at Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator level.
• Strong record in instruction winning and deal progression.
• Natural leader with the ability to coach develop and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware goal-oriented and highly organised.
• Knowledge of the Horley property market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
