As a Founding AI Engineer you will architect the core intelligence powering a revolutionary platform defining the frontier of human potential and professional fit. Your work will create sophisticated AI systems for a two-sided marketplace building the critical matching algorithms from the ground up. What you will do:

- Design build and deploy core agentic systems for a two-sided marketplace.

- Define and own the evaluation and benchmarking strategy for matching systems.

- Architect sophisticated AI systems from the ground up that can scale to thousands of enterprise users.

The ideal candidate:

- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python) and hands-on experience with major ML frameworks.
