Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer experienced Senior Planning Engineer to take over planning of EP or EPC projects for gas treatment units with average duration of 3 years and budget ranging 50-500M Euros.

The main tasks and duties are:

Ability to prepare the baseline of a project schedule and progress measurement sheets: Use the Work Breakdown Structure of the Group
Ensure that all the activities including those from the customer and other stakeholders are presented
Coordinate with Disciplines to ensure proper dates duration links and weight
Analyze the critical path (or close to be critical paths) and work with PM to improve and mitigate schedule risk
Coordinate with project team and discipline team
Work in close relation with Project Engineerr
Participate to projects reviews and coordination meetings of the project
On a monthly basis update the schedule and progress measurement sheets as per actual progress and realistic forecast
Do the progress analysis (late tasks and coming weeks/look-ahead tasks)
Propose corrective measures to improve the situation
Assist in the planning of project execution and in the control of the project to meet the requirements in terms of time deadlines and progress.
Support Project Manager in the Project Execution Strategy decisions
Structure all activities from start of work to the end of project.
Provide transparency regarding time deadlines and progress.

Requirements

10 years of experience on large industrial EPC Projects
Good knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Engineering development (P&ID reading 3D Model needed inputs E&I cycles etc)
Past Experience in chemical / Oil&Gas / Energy industry is expected
Fluent in English
Proactivity very good communication curiosity
