- Conduct geotechnical site investigations including drilling sampling and field testing
- Perform soil and rock mechanics analysis to assess subsurface conditions
- Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports with actionable recommendations
- Design foundations retaining walls slopes and ground improvement systems
- Evaluate geotechnical risks related to soil behavior groundwater and environmental factors
- Ensure all designs and documentation comply with DIN and ISO standards
- Supervise and quality-assure laboratory testing and field data collection processes.
- Collaborate with civil engineers structural engineers and project managers throughout project lifecycle
- Participate in project planning technical reviews and on-site execution support

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field (Anabin H)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering within complex construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of soil mechanics rock mechanics and foundation engineering principles
- Proven experience working with DIN / ISO standards in design and reporting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings geotechnical data and project specifications accurately
- Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software such as Plaxis GeoStudio GGU or similar is highly advantageous
- German language level B2 (mandatory for client and regulatory communication)
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across Germany
