Summary
We are seeking experienced Track Builders (Railway Technology) to contribute to high-impact railway infrastructure projects across Baden-Württemberg Germany. This role is critical to ensuring the safety reliability and efficiency of rail networks through the precise construction maintenance and repair of railway tracks and associated components. The ideal candidate will be hands-on detail-oriented and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance in a dynamic on-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Install repair and maintain railway tracks and track components
- Perform track alignment leveling and tamping to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate hand tools and specialized railway machinery with precision
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify defects wear and safety non-compliance
- Assist in the replacement of rails sleepers switches and crossings as needed
- Collaborate effectively with engineers site supervisors and team members
- Adhere strictly to German railway safety standards and work regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in track building or railway infrastructure construction
- Valid qualification: Anabin H Plus degree or equivalent vocational training
- Proven knowledge of railway track systems and operational tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor and variable weather
- German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)
- Willingness to relocate to Baden-Württemberg
