Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team across Germany. This role is critical in delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes on diverse building projects ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong craftsmanship background a commitment to precision and the ability to work efficiently in varied site environments. You will play a key role in preparing surfaces applying plaster and completing repairs with attention to detail all while adhering to German construction standards and safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while working autonomously or collaboratively across multiple locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Apply plaster to walls ceilings and structural surfaces with precision and consistency
Perform both interior and exterior plastering including smoothing finishing and surface preparation
Conduct repairs and restoration of damaged or deteriorated surfaces
Prepare work areas mix materials and set up tools and equipment for optimal performance
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every project
Operate independently or as part of a construction team across various sites
Comply with German construction regulations safety procedures and quality benchmarks
Travel to multiple project locations across Germany as required

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in professional plastering
Anabin H Plus qualification
Proficient in traditional and modern plastering techniques and tools
Demonstrated ability to work with a range of materials including cement-based and lime-based plasters
German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)
Willingness and ability to travel and work across Germany
Valid driving license
