Support Staff:

- 9-10 RNs 3 APPs 4 MAs & 7 Office Staff

Physicians in Practice: 3 (Hem/Onc & Rad Onc)

Mid-levels in Practice: 3

% of Practice: 30% Hem 70% Onc

Required Procedures: OP & IP Hem & Onc Participation on a tumor board

Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes

No. of Exam Rooms: 8

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Mar 2026 start date if not a clean record.

- Expected to respond by phone ONLY and would not be "called back" onsite after hrs or on the weekend.

- Oncology clinic is attached to chemo treatment center & hospital.

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE

BLS

At least 2 yrs of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty

Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained

Current number of case logs

Clean record (preferred)
