Job Summary
Monitor network server and application performance using SolarWinds dashboards and alerts
Respond to performance issues and escalate to senior admins as needed
Support the creation of custom reports and dashboards for operational visibility
Perform routine updates backups and health checks of the SolarWinds platform
Document monitoring configurations alert thresholds and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure accurate data collection and Participate in onboarding new devices and services into the monitoring environment
