Join a fast-growing AI startup as its Founding Designer shaping the visual and interaction design of an innovative AI marketer product from scratch. You will establish core design systems craft beautiful interfaces and drive product direction. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the technical founding team rapidly shipping designs to achieve product-market fit.

What you will do:

- Establish the founding design culture collaborating closely with engineers and leadership to ship rapidly.

The ideal candidate:

- Possesses an exceptional portfolio demonstrating minimalist beautiful aesthetic and pixel-perfect UI craft.

- Has proven experience as a sole or lead designer building products from scratch in an early-stage environment.

- Is based in London and able to commit to 3 days/week co-located in the office immediately.
