Job Summary
Montefiore has a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivated Pastry Chef to join our passionate catering team in Hunters Hill on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

You will be assisting in general food preparation work including food service predominantly in the pastry department.
About You
- Hospitality experience is essential
- Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations
- Proficiency in all aspects of food safety
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead by example
- Fit and energetic manual handling is involved
- Must be a good communicator and team player
- Able to take direction from other people
- Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised
Must be reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
