Job Summary and Responsibilities
Location:Lakeside Campus 168th & Center (Floating as needed to other campuses)
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8a-5p NO weekends & NO holidays!
CHI Health is looking to add a Clinic RN Supervisor to our Orthopedic Clinics!
Our Clinic RN Supervisor will be responsible for leading a nursing team to provide high-quality orthopedic patient care by supervising daily operations ensuring patient and staff satisfaction managing staff schedules and providing direct patient care when needed. They act as a clinical resource mentor staff and work with management to improve workflows and clinic performance while also handling administrative duties like performance evaluations and supply management!

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- BSN with 1 year of experience OR
- 3 years of experience in Clinic nursing OR
- Masters Degree with no experience
- Must have a current/valid RN license from the state licensing board
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire
- 3 years of clinic RN experience
