Job Summary
A Beach Attendant is responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing
As a Beach Attendant you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of beach towels chairs and umbrellas
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of beach area including but not limited to emptying used towel bins collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of beach towels on shelves
- Perform general beach-related duties as needed
What are we looking for
A Beach Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Must maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English language skills
- Basic computer knowledge
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous customer service experience
