Your role:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare data analysis reports and presentations within the field of healthcare and sustainability.
Administrative and Managerial Support: Handle administrative tasks like creating purchase orders travel booking and expense reconciliation. Provide managerial support by organizing meetings managing calendars and participating in meetings and external events as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders public and private institutions.
Youre the right fit if:
You are a student in at least third year of a Bachelors degree or pursuing a Masters degree ideally in a healthcare-related field
You are available for work at least 30 hours per week with some of that time spent on-site at the Warsaw office
You are fluent in both Polish and English
You are a highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative in resolving issues and improving processes with excellent communication and analytical skills
