Our approach covers creative production strategic planning and media execution across Zalandos channels social media influencer campaigns PR events and more.
As part of the ZMS Commercial team youll lead the Beauty partner portfolio working towards bold growth targets and helping shape the future of marketing at Zalando. Youll manage the Partner Consultancy Beauty team and act as the key liaison between ZMS and our Beauty partners. Your role will involve consulting strategy planning campaign execution and building strong partner relationships across various business models and channels. This is a leadership role where youll drive innovation represent Beauty within ZMS and ensure the delivery of high-impact goal-driven marketing solutions.

Beauty & Industry Background: 9 years in online marketing sales ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors with a strong beauty background and recent leadership of partner-facing teams. Team Leadership: Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and developing talent to meet business goals. Online Advertising: Deep knowledge of online marketing campaign processes KPIs and digital trends. Customer & Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing senior-level relationships and clients. Strategic & Cross-functional Skills: Strategic thinker with experience in stakeholder management and working across teams like Finance Analytics Marketing Tech and eCommerce.
