Job Summary
What is The Role
As a Solution Architect at Elastic you help customers and partners design implement and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert guiding them through architecture decisions deployment strategies and best practices.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
- Design architectures for search observability and security use cases.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
- Provide guidance on scaling performance tuning and security.
- Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Fluent in English.
Bonus Points
- Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch Kibana Beats Logstash) or similar technologies.
- Experience in observability security analytics or enterprise search.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python Java etc.).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- German language skills
