Your role
We are looking for a Principal Consultant Scrum Masterto lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders. This role requires strong facilitation coaching and delivery management skills along with hands-on experience in Agile frameworks and tools.
You will be responsible for enabling high-performing teams removing delivery roadblocks and ensuring transparency predictability and continuous improvement. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. Youll also play a key role in incident and problem management analytics and process optimization.

We are looking for a Principal Consultant Scrum Masterto lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for enabling high-performing teams removing delivery roadblocks and ensuring transparency predictability and continuous improvement. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. Youll also play a key role in incident and problem management analytics and process optimization.
Must Have:
- 8-10 years of experience in professional environments working with Scrum and leading the DEV/QA teams.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional Agile teams and working with business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence and MS Office tools.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives.
- Shield the team from distractions remove obstacles & roadblocks and support the PO in Backlog Refinement.
- Experience in Agile coaching team collaboration team maturity assessments and continuous improvement.
- Develop implement and maintain Agile Metrics (velocity burndown cycle time etc.).
- Enhancing visibility & decision-making KPIs using Jira Dashboard proving valuable insights to technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in Incident Management: coordinating resolution efforts managing stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Problem Management: conducting RCA tracking preventive actions and maintaining KEDB.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Agilist CSPO or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Experience working in distributed or multi-country teams.
- Exposure to Agile tooling integrations and automation (Jira plugins dashboards).
- Experience with change management release planning and risk mitigation.
- Background in eCommerce ERP or digital transformation programs.
