About Us
Perennial on Lockwood is a neighborhood brewpub with a scratch kitchen craft beer brewed on-site and a warm community-focused atmosphere.

About the Role
Were looking for a friendly outgoing Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. Youll greet and seat guests manage the waitlist support smooth service flow and assist the team as needed.

What Youll Do
Welcome and seat guests; manage table turns and the waitlist
Communicate with servers bartenders and kitchen staff
Keep the host stand and entry area clean and inviting
Provide basic menu and beverage information
Help with light support tasks (filling waters running food polishing glassware)

What Were Looking For
Warm guest-focused personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in hospitality local food and craft beer

Scheduling
Evening weekend availability required.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
We can accommodate student schedules.

Compensation & Benefits
Current average for this role is $17.20$19.60 per hour (including tips)

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of restaurant including food and beverage areas. Requires mobility prolonged standing bending stooping and reaching. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Must be able to tolerate varying levels of stress temperature illumination air quality and fatigue. Heavy customer contact required. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
