Job Summary
In this role youll ensure Stryker products perform at their best by delivering exceptional technical service and support. From installation and commissioning to troubleshooting and training youll play a critical part in keeping healthcare professionals equipped to deliver outstanding patient care. What you will do
- Perform installation commissioning testing and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia.
- Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling.
- Manage spare parts tools and field inventory to support efficient service operations.
- Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations including ADVAMED guidelines.
What you need
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation.
Additional Information
- Location: Malaysia (nationwide coverage).
- Work arrangement: Field-based with travel across Malaysia.
- Occasional flexible hours may be required to meet customer needs.
