Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for Oracle EBS 11.5.8 techno Functional consultant with Overall 10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the Oracle EBS BOM Kitting inventory management and SCM accounting capabilities.

Description:

• Position is for a Functional Professional with implementation background in Oracle EBS Financial Applications with specific focus on Projects-Contracts.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support diagnosis replication resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
• Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes
• Responsible for business requirements gap analysis functional workshops design documents set up documentation configuration business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support tracking incidents diagnosis replication troubleshooting and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
• The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills Oracle products knowledge problem solving skills and customer interaction/service expertise.
• This work includes:
• Work directly with Customers for
• Advising on complex use of Oracle products
• Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
• Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support.
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
• Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - EBS Financial Modules like Inventory BOM Supply Chain Supply Chain Accounting
• Should have Strong SCM business processes knowledge and concepts.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS BOM/Inventory/SCM.
• Technically good Skills in SQL OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports FBDI ADFDI BPM workflows.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.
