This role combines deep Python backend and ML expertise with direct customer engagement. You will partner with clients to design implement and troubleshoot AI-powered solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our platform. Act as a technical liaison solving complex engineering challenges and delivering tailored features to meet unique business needs within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

- Partner closely with the Machine Learning team to design and implement scalable solutions for customers.

- Work directly with clients to gather requirements provide technical guidance and support platform integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues acting as the technical liaison between customers and the engineering team.

The ideal candidate:

- Proven experience in Python-based backend development especially with ML production systems.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions and guidance to clients in professional services or consulting.

- Strong communication skills comfortable conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
