Job Summary
LingaTech is proactively building a pipeline of experienced .NET Full Stack Developers in anticipation of future openings with our Commonwealth and commercial clients in Central Pennsylvania. This posting is not associated with a current open role. Instead we are identifying and networking with local technical talent for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities.
If you have hands-on experience building applications across the front-end and back-end within the Microsoft stack we encourage you to join our pipeline.

.NET Full Stack Developer

Application Developer (Microsoft Stack)

UI/Frontend Developer (React/ integration)
Potential Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on upcoming roles but may include:
Designing developing and maintaining full-stack applications using C# .NET/.NET Core and modern front-end frameworks
Building APIs microservices and integrations
Creating responsive UI components using Angular React or Blazor
Writing efficient SQL queries and supporting database design
Participating in code reviews unit testing and best-practice engineering standards
Working within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software
Troubleshooting debugging and enhancing existing applications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients
Requirements
Professional experience with C# /.NET Core
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular React Vue or Blazor
Strong understanding of REST APIs microservices architecture and integration patterns
Proficiency with SQL Server or similar relational databases
Familiarity with Git CI/CD and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate closely with technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required for pipeline consideration)
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector applications
