Erie Family Health Centers a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs is looking for a valuable addition to our patient programs and support services team! The Research and Academic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for facilitating assigned research operations supporting assigned academic partnerships and managing Eries Service Year Programs. The coordination of the day-to-day operations of approved research projects includes onboarding research team members developing reports that support research recruitment conducting quality assurance of research related reporting communicating about research projects across the organization and supporting our Research and Evaluation Committee. This position also tracks research projects and creates an annual report that highlights research projects across the organization and externally.

*Compensation is based on each candidates experience skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of approved research projects including onboarding team members data/chart reviews patient identification and survey facilitation.
- Lead planning implementation and close-out of assigned research projects and initiatives ensuring smooth execution across all phases.
- Serve as a liaison between researchers and Erie departments such as HR Medical Records Business Intelligence and Development.
- Coordinate logistics for Research Evaluation Committee (REC) meetings including agendas presentations reservations note taking and follow-ups.
- Manage operations of Eries Service Year Programs overseeing recruitment onboarding scheduling member support and compliance with program requirements.
Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong computer and data entry skills. Experience utilizing various systems including full suite of Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail especially documentation reporting and workflow development.
- Strong verbal written and presentation communication skills including facilitating trainings and workshops.
Preferred
- Experience in program coordination and administration is preferred including recruitment onboarding scheduling and reporting.
- Electronic Health Record System experience is a plus.
- Bilingual fluency (English/another language) is a plus.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma and one year of experience in either an educator community or health care setting
