What You Will Do:

1. Independently design and produce a complete set of animations (including 3C and combat) for realistic-style characters and creatures.

2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that character and creature animations achieve AAA quality in the final game.

3. Work closely with relevant teams to refine and iterate on animation design guidelines artistic direction and production pipelines.

What You Will Need:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development with solid animation design skills and strong hand-key animation capability.

2. Extensive experience in realistic-style animation or film-related design; experience in AAA game development is a plus.

3. Strong design and learning abilities with a keen eye for animation performance in top-tier AAA games.

4. Solid understanding of dynamic anatomy and experience in creating well-constructed poses.

5. Familiarity with Unreal Engine; experience with animation-related engine tools or technical workflows is a plus.

6. Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.

7. Experience in motion capture and actor performance direction is preferred.
