Position:Customer Care Representative (1) Full-Time and (1) Part-Time 20 hours Regular Non-Exempt
Location: Maalaea Maui
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr commission & tips

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative you will ensure exceptional customer service for our guests while promoting company tours and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage reservation for guests
• Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
• Oversee customer check-ins and serve as Welcome Ambassadors including walking guests to vessels
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of reservation systems Fareharbor platform preferred and ability to operate phone system
• Reliable and dependable personality
• Ability to work well independently multi-task and adapt to a flexible schedule including early or late shifts
• Knowledge of basic accounting skills
• Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
