Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina seeks a innovative leader to serve as Director of Executive & Professional Education. This role is responsible for developing implementing and managing non-credit executive education and professional development programs that deliver high-impact learning experiences for professionals executives and organizational partners. This is a two-year contract position with the potential to become a full-time equivalent (FTE) role after the initial term. This role will be responsible for the following:
- Design and implement strategic executive education programs policies and offerings aligned with institutional goals.
- Oversee scheduling budgeting staffing and logistics for all programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs and drive enrollment using data-driven strategies.
- Recruit and support faculty and subject matter experts; ensure instructional excellence.
- Monitor program performance implement improvements and report to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Education Leadership or related field.
- Minimum 5(five) years of experience in executive education professional development or corporate training.
- Strong leadership project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Experience in higher education or corporate learning environments.
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
