Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join a dynamic acute care environment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care on a busy MS/Tele unit while maintaining flexibility to float to other qualified units as needed. This role requires strong clinical judgment adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements

Active South Carolina RN license or Multistate Compact license
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
Ability and willingness to float to other units within the health system as needed
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
COVID-19 vaccination not required per facility guidelines
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions accepted)

Floating Expectations

Agency nurses must be prepared to float to other units or campuses based on census needs. Floating will only occur to units where the RN is clinically competent and qualified performing duties within documented skill sets.
