About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design develop enhance and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.
About You

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate etc.).
Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management environments and deployment
Proven experience developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
Strong understanding of Dataverse connectors and integration patterns.
Ability to apply best practices in low code development
Experience with Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferrred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.
Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
