Team mission

The Marketplace Content Quality team at GetYourGuide is dedicated to ensuring that the activity content on our platform is complete correct and consistent. Our work helps travelers discover book and enjoy experiences worldwide directly supporting GetYourGuides mission to unlock unforgettable experiences for travelers around the world.

As a Senior Project Manager you will play a key role in the Marketplace Content Quality teams mission. You will work closely with technical stakeholders (Engineers Product Managers Data Scientists) to innovate across our landscape set project plans for B2B and B2C innovation execute against them and conduct analytical deep dives.

Your mission

• Work with technical and business counterparts to develop customer- and supplier-facing tools processes and metrics to measure and improve the quality of our e-commerce content.
• Drive data-driven proposals to test validate and scale processes that positively impact both sides of our marketplace (i.e. travelers and suppliers).
• Analyze data to evaluate product and process performance uncover opportunities and leverage insights to create buy-in and influence teams roadmaps.
• Design and implement metrics dashboards and reports.
• Work alongside content operations to ensure the tech tooling and process setup is aligned with the needs and the direction of the team.
• Keep up to date with the latest tech and how it could be leveraged to ensure quicker and more efficient testing cycles.
• Preparing briefings visualizations reports and recommendations for leadership to review.

Your toolkit

• You have 4-6 years of professional experience in a fast-paced built-for-scale environment in project management product management or business analysis.
• You are a self-starter with excellent business acumen; nothing holds you back from executing with a test-and-learn mindset and ability to break down complex problems.
• You are highly analytical and very comfortable using data to create reports prioritize topics and identify areas for further investigation and technical improvements. Knowledge of and direct experience with data visualization concepts using business intelligence reporting tools (Looker ideally) is essential while skills with data extraction using SQL and/or Python will put you ahead.
• You have a very strong understanding of AI technology and its latest developments. You are passionate about exploring and experimenting with AI solutions and tools.
• You are a fast learner with a knack for problem-solving to come up with innovative and creative solutions in a very dynamic environment.
• You have superb English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly. You can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office at least 3 days per week.
