Euroclear Bank is a long-established leader and innovator in Collateral Management and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team. We offer a challenging client relationship management role in the fast-changing environment of collateral management and our internal training path covers all of the Euroclear Collateral Products. We also provide opportunities to attend external industry courses to train our people on the role of collateral management in the international financial markets.
- Responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. May concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing asset servicing collateral funds banking reconciliation investigations ...). May also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency risk quality regulatory and strategy.
General Description:
- Responds independently to highly complex inquiries including those of a transversal nature impacting ones own domain.
- Can be a main contact point for a key client or a group of key clients in terms of responding to their inquiries and doing proactive services
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of ones own stream the underlying operations and a core knowledge of other services/domains as to how it impacts ones own stream.
- Can do a training (both internal and external) on different subjects within ones own stream aside from coaching newcomers in their responses.
- Has a core understanding of the business of the client how they are organized within a certain stream for which they are a liaison.
- Works and constantly coordinates with different stakeholders internally specifically account managers and operations in solving service issues (generally non-structural) and escalations.
- Representing the client internally in raising awareness internally on service improvements (including those requiring a structural change)
- Can prepare and lead a client meeting in own domain of expertise. Can contribute to the preparation and assist to client meetings.
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement by running problem solving sessions in terms of solving clients issues quality or performance benchmark defects or at least successfully identifying the problem and different areas of consideration in its solution. Quality or performance benchmark defects.
- Has a comprehensive view and consistently applies the best practices and procedures in terms of how best to respond/communicate to clients.
- Can identify quality issues in CS responses and propose constructive solutions to address this.
- May work on specific initiatives in Client Service such as those in relation to service and quality analysis call efficiency etc.
