Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support system administration and basic network operations. The role includes day-to-day support troubleshooting and working with core organizational systems.
Requirements:

Experience in Helpdesk / IT Support (Tier 1/2): handling user issues troubleshooting and providing technical assistance.

Strong experience with Windows operating systems: upgrades support troubleshooting and maintenance.

Experience with Linux an advantage (basic support maintenance and updates).

Experience with Active Directory Windows Server AD: troubleshooting user management and general system operation.

Practical experience resolving hardware and software issues: component replacement software installation antivirus handling and workstation support
