Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Healthcare Support Specialist within our remote team. This full-time position requires the successful candidate to be currently living in Bulgaria and possess strong bilingual skills to assist our Spanish-speaking customer base.
This role is slated to begin on December 15 2025.
The Role Explained
As a specialist you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries troubleshooting issues and delivering detailed information on our healthcare products and services. Success in this role hinges on providing professional support across phone email and chat while meticulously logging every customer interaction.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Location: You must be a current resident of Bulgaria (remote work is within Bulgaria only).
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) is mandatory along with English proficiency (B2 minimum) for internal communications and training.
- Employment Eligibility: Candidates must present valid proof of the right to work in Bulgaria such as EU Citizenship a Refugee Card or a Bulgarian Residency Card valid for more than one year.
- Experience: While previous professional background in customer service is valued it is not mandatory. We provide extensive compensated training.
Working Hours
This is a commitment to five days a week Monday through Friday with availability for our rotational shift structure:
- Day Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (11:00h - 20:00h)
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (13:00h - 22:00h)
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (16:00h - 01:00h)
