Contract Role
Pay Range: $40$55/hr
Role Purpose
The Licensed Physical Therapist Practitioner provides hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation programs for patients seeking improved movement and overall functional independence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments.
- Build customized care plans to improve physical performance.
- Deliver manual therapy strengthening routines and mobility exercises.
- Track progress and revise care plans as needed.
- Communicate with families about rehab expectations.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff to coordinate care.
- Document treatment sessions in compliance with standards.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Physical Therapy degree.
- Current PT license in the state.
- 1 year of experience preferred; new grads accepted.
