- PPO / Fee for service office No Medicaid

- Potential for salary of $200000 a year with consistent new patients!
- $20000 Sign On Bonus!!
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility! M 1-7 T 7-1 W 1-7 T 1-7 1 Sat/month

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of practice
- Valid DEA license
