Our client in Qatar is looking Brand Manager to support showroom operations brand activities and customer experience initiatives. The role works closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing and showroom programs oversee front-of-house staff and contribute to events that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in implementing showroom sales activities and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate social events customer gatherings and showroom activations to enhance brand exposure.
- Supervise receptionists and ensure front-of-house operations maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain showroom appearance in line with brand identity and corporate guidelines.
- Assist in the development and execution of small-scale marketing and promotional activities.
- Help track sales performance footfall and customer inquiries preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure smooth customer flow in the showroom and support customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely availability of marketing materials and showroom collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in automotive retail or brand coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage events coordinate teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
