Hands-on work attitude being present on the shopfloor on a regular basis to provide assistance and guidance for daily operations in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting Lean activities. 动手能力强定期在车间为日常运营提供帮助和指导以确定改进机会和支持Lean活动

Familiar with all common CI tools such as 6S Value Stream Mapping Standard Work SMED Kaizen Eventetc. 熟悉所有常用的CI工具如6S价值流标准工作SMEDKaizen Event 等

Ability to train coach and mentor others in utilizing Lean methodologies and tools. 能够利用Lean方法和工具培训辅导和指导他人

Proficient in AutoCAD Power BI. 精通AutoCAD Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Office精通微软办公软件
Familiar with ERP preferably QAD. 熟悉ERP最好是QAD

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Experience in leading and implementing improvement projects in a manufacturing/machining environment (e.g. Kaizen Events). 具备领导和实施制造或加工改善项目经验如Kaizen Event项目等
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the field of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. 5年以上制造业持续改进工作经验

EDUCATION

教育背景

Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering industrial engineering or related engineering field. 机械工程工业工程或相关工程专业本科及以上学历
Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus. 精益/六西格玛认证优先
