About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our this role youll drive year-over-year revenue growth through strategic relationship management upselling and cross-selling OSGs full suite of products and services.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Toronto ON office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic client plans for assigned accounts ensuring a deep understanding of each clients business and safety objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the client success team to identify opportunities and team sell.
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets within your territory of named accounts.
- Manage inbound requests and generate opportunities for business.
- Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that align with client needs and highlight the value of OSGs health and safety solutions.
- Represent OSG at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
- Share data market insights and client feedback to support strategic planning and innovation across teams.
- Stay informed on OSGs evolving offerings as well as industry trends regulations and best practices.
- Communicate new opportunities (e.g. products services potential clients) to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in workplace safety and wellness using sound judgment and risk management practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience.
- Health and safety experience or education is considered an asset.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A client-focused mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing pipelines tracking interactions and forecasting.
- Compassionate professional approach to client service including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
