Location: Middletown NY - On Site

Time: Monday - Friday / 9:30am - 6pm

Rate of pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Description:

In this role you will:

-Be customer focused able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center

-Answering phones taking messages and scheduling client appointments

-Setting up charts filing archiving purging charts and billing for medical services visits

-Registering new clients for services

-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role

-Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records

-Possess excellent communication customer service and organizational skills

-Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
