Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Type: Contract
Location: Multiple Locations
Pay: $40$55/hour

Overview

The Rehabilitation Physical Therapist will work with patients of varying conditions to restore function and promote recovery. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills and a patient-centered approach.

Duties

  • Perform detailed evaluations to determine therapy needs.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Provide therapeutic activities and use assistive equipment.
  • Monitor response to therapies and modify plans accordingly.
  • Teach home exercise and wellness strategies.
  • Partner with care teams to ensure cohesive patient management.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

  • Accredited PT program graduate.
  • Active state PT license.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience preferred but not required.
